Pour faire suite à mon article sur les 11 Instagram accounts of elementary school French immersion teachers, here are now the 5 accounts to follow for high school French as a second language teachers.
@Parfaitementbilingue
This teacher, whose name is Lauren Monique, is refreshing to follow! Through her posts and stories, she shares a bit of her daily life as a mom and teacher, in addition to her passion for dance. Parfaitement bilingue account regularly shares planning and organizational tips to help manage our time effectively and great teaching materials for high school French immersion.

@Clements Classroom
Clements Classroom, Amanda, is among the first French immersion teachers I followed on Instagram. To this day, I still love her content and activities.
She produces some of the most beautiful teaching resources. The visuals of her activities are always impeccable, as is her Instagram account. It’s well organized so you can easily find the resources and activities you’re looking for. She is truly a pro!
I love her reading activities on famous French speakers. Not only is the biography well written, clear and precise, but Amanda herself draws the personalities presented. Go take a look!

@Mme I’s Resources
Salma, the teacher behind Ms. I’s Resources, shares many activities and resources to diversify our teaching and teach students about openness and inclusion. Her store has activities related to Ramadan, Black History Month, Women’s Rights, Aboriginal Rights, to name a few.
Many of its products are also available in digital format which, as we know, can be very practical!

@Fabfrenchtpt
This teacher’s Instagram account is beautiful, inspiring and colorful. I love the quotes she shares once in a while, as well as the snippets of her daily life.
Activities all look more awesome than the other. I personally haven’t been able to try them yet, but from reading the comments, they are more than appreciated. There are some for late elementary, but mostly for high school.
The children’s literature enthusiast in me also loves her literary shares. For ideas on novels and albums to use in high school French immersion classes, her account is the place to be.

@Oneteacheradventures
This French immersion teacher in British Columbia shares on Instagram the activities she does in her grade 6 classroom. A few times a year, she also shares discounts for her products on Teacherspayteachers. Her store is filled with a variety of activities that come in handy in the classroom. I actually used her weather handout with my grade 6 French as a Second Language students last year. My students and I really enjoyed it and it was very well organized.

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to become a member of the Facebook group J’enseigne en immersion française, which is made up of a community of teachers from across Canada! Also, feel free to follow my professional Instagrma account!
